Biting Your Nails Can Affect Oral Health    




Nail biting is a habit and a form of anxiousness. However, it can get you sick also because it brings the dirt and germs under the nails to the mouth, develop a nail infection called paronychia, which shows as a red swollen area around the nails, and it is also bad for oral health because teeth may shift out of place and even breaking.
